Single voicemal box gives your customer immediate access to your voicemail box.  They can dial directly into your voicemail box and are greeted with your personalized message.

• Urgent messages can be sent through up to 5 different numbers (i.e. Pager, Mobile, Home, etc.)
• 24-hour access to your voicemail via phone
• Ability to transfer messages to other members within your company’s voicemail network

Automated Receptionist

With our automated receptionist anyone in your office can receive messages into their personal voicemail box.  Automated receptionist, unlike the Single voicemail box service, offers you multiple, single voicemail boxes and gives callers options for leaving messages to specific individuals according to their particular mailbox number.

Automated reception gives you three options:

1. Automated call forwarding is activated when a call is not answered within a predetermined number of rings
2. Manual call forwarding adds a personal touch by allowing a call to be received by a secretary or other office member, and giving them the option of transferring the call to the recipient’s private voicemail box.
3. Direct dial calls are received by callers who dial directly into the private voicemail box

Unified message delivery integrates a variety of options to receive your messages fast and accurately through e-mail, phone, cell phone text messaging, PDA, website, pager, fax or voicemail.  You will never feel disconnected with the ability to receive instant message notification through email, alpha pager or fax.

The fax mailbox feature is another integrated solution designed for those of you constantly on the go.  If you need to access confidential faxes from other cities or countries, fax mailbox can receive your faxes and store the data until you are ready to receive them.
