How does it work?

When a call is received it is answered by an automated attendant on the first ring every time. The caller then makes a selection from a short list options. 

Time sensitive greetings are personalized for your business' needs and for your callers to understand their options quickly.

For example, if the office hours for the ABC Company were 9am to 6pm, the system would be set-up as follows:

AM Greeting - Played from 6am to 9am: "Good Morning and thank you for calling the ABC Company. We're not open yet this morning, but if your call is an emergency and you require immediate assistance, please press 1 now and you will be connected to our answering service (LIVE OPERATOR). If this is not an emergency and you would like to leave a message for the office press 2 now. If you would like to hear our office hours, address or fax number, please press 3 now."

A similar greeting would be set-up for the ABC Company and modified to play during Office Hours and After Hours.
